4. Check ALL areas of study that your institution offers:

For example, if your institution has Climatology in the form of a course, a masters degree, and the equivalent of a doctorate degree you would check 3 boxes in the Climatology Row (course, masters and doctorate). Generally, institutions offer MANY more courses than they offer certificates, programs and degrees:

If you check any column other than the course/class column you MUST have a certificate, program or degree awarded WITH THAT NAME on it. For example, if you offer "Physics" only as a course within a Bachelor's Degree Program - you CANNOT check off the Bachelor's Degree column for "Physics", rather only the Course/Class column for that. To ensure quality, listings found that do not follow this rule will be REMOVED. Thank You.
