There's never been a better time to consider an environmental education in the Keystone State. Pennsylvania's Department of Labor and Industry claims that the environmental industry will experience noticeable growth through the next several years, mostly due to an increasing emphasis being placed on environmental protection and study. The governor's administration has developed an innovative approach to a mounting need to sufficiently address environmental issues by adopting market- and economic-based programs to aid the state in improving water and air quality, as well as meeting other environmental goals.
With its gently rolling countryside, thriving and forward-thinking cities, and an abundance of natural resources and recreational opportunities, Pennsylvania has something to offer every environmental student.
